Project Description

The workshop to be held on Saturdayn March 11rh, 2017 is the initiative of the Directorate of Primary Education of East Attiki. The workshop is titled “Animal stories” and will be held at the «Magic Garden» the home of the miniature therapy horses of Gentle Carousel.

In this worskhop, the directorate was honored to invite SAPT Hellas which offered a presentation of the team’s work since 2005 titled “Life Lessons from dogs that used to be strays” by giving examples of the best conduct practices toward stray or owned dogs. The presentation was focused on the two mail projects of SAPT Hellas and there was some time available for questions on the part of the participating educators to be answered by volunteers Christina Economou, Serafina Avramidou and Eva Siganaki, as it is widely known that educators should be the ones bringing the force of example to their students. SAPT Hellas’ volunteers were, as they should, accompanied by Mickey, a mixed bred dog who’s a trained 4-legged member of the team.
