Adoption Questionnaire

Please respect our stray friends and our mostly voluntary work by following these simple rules :

Before filling-in this questionnaire:

• Make sure the whole family agrees to the adoption of a dog and also understands our adoption protocol.
• Please understand that you may be interested in a dog whose ad is still posted on our site but is not longer available for adoption; sometimes, foster families give the dog for adoption outside our adoption project and do not let us know, unless we inquire on the dog’s status.

After filling-in the questionnaire :

• If you happen to adopt a dog outside our program, please let us know immediately so we can take you off our “waiting list”
• Please be prompt in replying to our e-mails or short messages.
• Please be on time for your appointment with a candidate for adoption (stray or fostered) and also try to come with your family.
• Please make sure that you have read and consent to the mandatory benefits (veterinary and/or training).
• Please be patient and be advised that you will receive a written reply or telephone call from us within 24-48 hours from the time you filled-in our questionnaire.]
